    Save your old charts

Anne Minder (our STEM Chair) wants to give a chart to each of the students who attend the TAA STEM event on 29 March.  Drop your outdated charts (TACs and Sectionals) in the mailbox on Hangar 2715L in the East T-Hangars.  One of the STEM segments will be plotting a route on the map and this will give them something to take home.

This is a test DAF web site hosted by Kelvin. It is under active development. Do not use this for anything except to enjoy the experience!

Samuel Oschin Air Space Center California Science CenterOur July dinner meeting featured special guest Dr. Perry Roth-Johnson, an aerospace engineer and informal science educator. He told us about the plans for the future home of Space Shuttle Endeavour at the California Science Center which will includes a 200,000 square foot expansion wing with three main multi-level galleries: Air, Space, and Shuttle. When completed, the Center will include over 100 artifacts and 150 hands-on exhibits. We all enjoyed his talk and hope he'll join us again soon!
